High jump
You are waiting your turn the instructor said you're up you are running with all these bad thoughts in your head you jump and was too scared that you will not jump over the bar so you duck under it.
If you follow my advice this will not happen to you again.
First, you need to learn to run in a pacific place, for example, a banana shape and
Second you run with long strides, when you run you do not think that you will not make it or change your mind on what jump you will do, this brings me to the Third way to do things the jump you do not want to jump with two feet, when you jump you want to jump on one foot when that foot hits the ground you bent your leg and that will get you more power, the foot that is not on the ground you will flick over the pole and then flick the other leg over the pole and then land you have  successfully done the scissor kick.
